We understand that it can be difficult to ask for support.

CHS offers multiple resources for additional food needs- one of which is the Kids Aid Backpack Program.  The program bridges the weekend hunger gap for children by sending home bags full of non-perishable foods. Ask your Counselor for more info. Additionally, thanks to the passage of Healthy School Meals for All, student meals are free. 

We have a clothes closet for your personal needs. Do you need a coat, shoes or jeans? We have something to meet your needs. See your CHS counselor for more information.

Central High School offers multiple tutoring and homework help opportunities, including student-based help and professional help! Ask your teacher or school counselor about more information. 

 REACH is a school-based program that responds to the needs of students in temporary or transitional housing situations. Resources include assisting families with school enrollment, birth certificates, transportation, supplies, and connecting with other community resources. 

 We understand that you may not always have access to showers, laundry services, or even showering supplies. Central High School can help!  If you need assistance, please reach out to your counselor or WWC clinic staff!
