CHS offers multiple resources for additional food needs- one of which is the Kids Aid Backpack Program. The program bridges the weekend hunger gap for children by sending home bags full of non-perishable foods. Ask your Counselor for more info. Additionally, thanks to the passage of Healthy School Meals for All, student meals are free.

REACH is a school-based program that responds to the needs of students in temporary or transitional housing situations. Resources include assisting families with school enrollment, birth certificates, transportation, supplies, and connecting with other community resources.
