Heather joined PrimeHealth+ in 2024 and is very excited to be working with D51 students and staff at Warrior Wellness. She is passionate about providing quality care to her patients and building strong relationships. She is very excited to continue caring for the adolescent population and school staff. Heather grew up here in the Grand Valley, and loves being outdoors.

Brittany began her dental career by earning an Associate of Applied Science degree from Colorado Northwestern Community College and becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2012. She furthered her education by completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Denver in May 2020. Passionate about Me
Brittany began her dental career by earning an Associate of Applied Science degree from Colorado Northwestern Community College and becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2012. She furthered her education by completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Denver in May 2020. Passionate about Medical-Dental Integration and community outreach, Brittany is dedicated to improving access to care and helping families feel more comfortable with dental treatment—striving “to make the dental world a little less intimidating.” Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, crafting, and bowling.

She graduated from Intellitec College in August 2021 and has provided quality care to student and community members for 10 years. She is honored to take on her role at the school-based clinic location. She was born and raised in Grand Junction. In her free time

Trish has worked alongside individuals who are working on their recovery in addictions and mental health. Patricia joined PrimeHealth+ in January 2025. She goes by Trish (she/her) and has been working in the mental health field for 16 years. Trish has worked alongside individuals who are working on their recovery in addictions and mental health. She has the belief that “you are strong, resilient, and can overcome anything…. look at you now; you are still standing”. Trish graduated from Mesa State College, now Colorado Mesa University, in 2009 with a bachelor’s in psychology. She received her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health from Adams State University in 2014 where she was in the honor’s society. Trish is a mom, wife and proud community member. Trish enjoys the outdoors and is a bit of a Star Wars fan. Trish has worked in various settings in the community and is thankful for the opportunity to walk beside you in your path to recovery.
